Charley is a party all by herself. She has an infectious love of life that brings out the fun in people so it’s no wonder everyone had a great time celebrating with her. Friday night the family had a dinner for out of town guests in the Mansion of Sharey Tefilo, South Orange, NJ. It was a beautiful May evening with a warm sunset on the large patio.
Saturday morning, Charley confidently read her Torah portion to a packed house at Sharey Tefilo. After services the day continued at the Beacon Hill Club, Summit, NJ. This place exudes Old World Charm and elegance. Laura Himmelein of LH Design, Maplewood, NJ enhanced the elegance of the mansion with a country French motif.
Enough about quiet elegance. This party was filled with dancing and music supplied by DJ Zap, Livingston, NJ. There was also a great choice of games, air hockey, ping pong, ski ball, basketball and a photo booth supplied by Brian Rosenbaum, Ledgewood, NJ. Dessert was an activity too, a beautifully restored Good Humor ice cream truck was parked outside with uniformed attendants. My favorite is Toasted Almond.
