Mischa’s Bat Mitzvah Day started out as so many do. I took family photos at Temple Emanu El, Westfield, NJ and even photographed the service.The party was after services at Powerhouse Studios Ultra Lounge on Littel Road, East Hanover, NJ. Mischa is a talented, fascinating, musical and beautiful young lady with many interests. Mischa is a huge fan of Anime, a stylized cartoon from Japan. Mischa’s very clever mom, Jody, had the great idea of incorporating Anime & Mischa into posters to display at the event. Here’s where I come in, Mischa dressed in Anime costumes and with the help of a friend put on makeup that made her look even more like an Anime character. I photographed Mischa all decked out as various characters and later superimposed her on to Anime style backgrounds. Posters were printed and displayed around the room at Powerhouse. If I do say so myself, they came out great.
